Welcome to Face Led Mask. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, holidays, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, and courier delays.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 10–25 business days
  • International Orders: 10–30 business days

In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 business days or more due to external factors beyond our control, including:

  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • Weather disruptions
  • International transportation issues

By placing an order, the customer understands and accepts these delivery estimates.


Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking information. Tracking details are typically updated within 1–3 business days after shipment.

Please note that international tracking updates may occasionally experience delays.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Face Led Mask is not responsible for lost packages.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
  • Orders returned to sender due to incorrect address information may require additional payment before resending.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Face Led Mask is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery responsibility belongs to the courier service.

Face Led Mask is not liable for:

  • Delayed shipments caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delivery delays caused by customs or force majeure events

If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

We will always do our best to assist customers whenever possible.


Refund & Return Policy

At Face Led Mask, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of personal-use beauty and skincare products, please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order only if:

  • The product is unused
  • The item is in original packaging
  • The product is not damaged by the customer
  • Proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, used LED masks cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Used products
  • Opened skincare or beauty devices
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or discounted items
  • Items damaged through misuse

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Our support team will review the case and provide a replacement or suitable solution when applicable.
